Small-scale community-based approaches can preserve neighborhoods, support local ownership and enable equitable density. The fellowship project aims to amplify these approaches through non-profit collaboration through the creation of a toolkit that links small women-led firms with nonprofits to access affordable housing work. In addition, a policy white paper will be produced. Together, these elements in this fellowship will advance anti-displacement strategies to hold down neighborhood stability.
